Kate is a mindfulness teacher, eco-wellbeing coach, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience supporting people, communities and our planet to flourish and thrive.
Mindfulness, compassion and working in nature have made a profound impact on her own life and, as a BAMBA registered mindfulness teacher and certified coach, she is passionate about sharing the science-backed benefits mindfulness and nature-connection can offer in an accessible, engaging and impactful way.
Kate begin practicing mindfulness in 2013 after a period of intense transition and has found that mindfulness and compassion have offered a kind and transformative way to be with her own lived experience of depression.
As a seasoned coach & facilitator and qualified mindfulness teacher, Kate teaches MBSR and Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living courses as well as threading mindfulness through the one-to-one coaching and corporate group learning events she facilitates. She is also completing an Masters in Mindfulness-Based Approaches at Bangor University.
