Hi, my name is Jan, and I work in NHS Talking Therapies in Hampshire. I am trained in CBT, and have recently finished up my MBCT training which I loved.
Practicing and reflecting in groups is something I'm incredibly passionate about, and I am so grateful to take on stewardship of the NHS Talking Therapies SiTT group. It would be lovely to see you there!
